All goods supplied by Refrigeration Freezers (Refrigeration Installations Ltd) come with a 12 Month Warranty which commences from the date of delivery.

This Warranty is standard on all products supplied unless an alternative is agreed in writing prior to delivery of goods.

Should Warranty facilities need to be used, contact should be made with Refrigeration Freezers (Refrigeration Installations Ltd). Should a site visit be required to remedy a fault within the Warranty terms and period a qualified engineer would be sent. However, every attempt is made to determine the actual fault prior to sending an Engineer.

Should the fault be outside the terms of the Warranty i.e. equipment abuse, incorrect usage of equipment, accidental or deliberate damage or any other not specifically covered by the Warranty, then Refrigeration Freezers (Refrigeration Installations Ltd) reserve the right to charge for the Engineer's visit and parts used in remedying the fault. A copy of the Engineer's Job Sheet would be provided in this event.
