Pricing can be given for deliveries to all offshore islands including Jersey, Guernsey, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland etc.
The price includes for delivery to your door but not unpacking and positioning (unless requested and priced for). The onus is on you to ensure door sizes etc. are wide enough to receive your goods.
Foodmaster Group accepts no responsibility if goods will not fit into the premises and any carriage charges caused by an abortive delivery will be charged for.
Foodmaster Group can only be held responsible/liable for goods damaged on receipt when signed for as received damaged. Any damage must be notified to Foodmaster Group within 48 hours of delivery (this is when goods are signed for as unexamined).
Delivery of goods is usually within a maximum of 6 working days but in at least 80% of occasions an exact delivery date can be given.
Goods should not be returned to Foodmaster Group without prior permission or authorisation from an employee of the Company.
Any goods ordered which are then deemed to have been ordered incorrectly or are unsuitable for purpose can only be returned with prior permission from Foodmaster Group in this event a collection charge and restocking charge would apply.
Goods ordered from Foodmaster Group and deemed to be of special manufacture or special supply on the acknowledgement of order cannot be returned for credit.
Goods supplied by Foodmaster Group are supplied on the basis that they are not sold on a Sales or Return contract, but are specifically sold for use.
